What is Self-Sealing (Factory Stuffing)?
Exporters with self-sealing permission load containers at the factory and seal them with an RFID e-seal, instead of moving the cargo to a CFS or ICD for stuffing under Customs supervision. The sealed container goes straight to the port.
It saves handling and time, and reduces damage from extra loading and unloading.
