Registration-cum-Membership Certificate from an export promotion council, needed to claim FTP benefits.
Exporters register with the export promotion council or commodity board for their products (for example AEPC for apparel, EEPC for engineering goods, APEDA for agricultural products, MPEDA for seafood) and receive an RCMC.
For some products, such as basmati rice or seafood, registration with the relevant body is a condition for exporting at all.
