US trade remedy · Steel Products
Imports of forged steel fittings from India into the US are subject to an antidumping duty order (A-533-891) and a countervailing duty order (C-533-892). The US importer pays a cash deposit at entry, at the rate set for the Indian producer and exporter.
The orders
The all-others rate applies to Indian producers and exporters without their own rate. It is the rate printed when the order was issued; later administrative reviews set new, company-specific rates.

| Antidumping (AD) | A-533-891 | 11 Dec 2020 | 195.60% (cash deposit 193.08%) | 1 Nov 2025 |
| Countervailing (CVD) | C-533-892 | 11 Dec 2020 | 2.64% | 1 Nov 2025 |

The US importer of record. It pays a cash deposit at the AD/CVD rate when the goods enter the US, and the final amount is settled when Commerce completes its review. In practice the duty shapes the price the US buyer can pay, so it matters to the Indian exporter too.
Orders are reviewed every five years in a "sunset review". The next one for forged steel fittings from India is due to start in Nov 2025. Until an order is revoked, it stays in force.
