US trade remedy · Steel Products
Imports of cold-drawn mechanical tubing from India into the US are subject to an antidumping duty order (A-533-873) and a countervailing duty order (C-533-874). The US importer pays a cash deposit at entry, at the rate set for the Indian producer and exporter.
The orders
The all-others rate applies to Indian producers and exporters without their own rate. It is the rate printed when the order was issued; later administrative reviews set new, company-specific rates.
