CBP's final calculation of the duties owed on a US entry.
Liquidation usually happens about 314 days after entry. Until then CBP can adjust the duties; after it, the importer has a limited time to protest. For AD/CVD goods, liquidation waits for Commerce to set the final rate, which can take years.
