US Anti-Dumping & Countervailing Duty on Melamine from India

What this means for your shipments

Your US buyer pays. The importer of record posts a cash deposit at the AD/CVD rate when the goods enter the US, on top of normal duty.
The rate depends on who made and sold the goods. Companies reviewed by Commerce get their own rate; everyone else gets the all-others rate.
The entry is filed differently. The customs broker files it as an AD/CVD entry and quotes the case number, so share the producer and exporter names with your buyer.
Rates can change every year. Interested parties can ask for an administrative review in the order's anniversary month.
